Processing and Handling Fees
- We charge a USD$2.10 processing and handling fee per shipment.
- Processing fee for packages with invoice value exceeding $100.00 is USD$6.00/package
- Fee for packages weighing more than 70lbs or having dimensions exceeding 90 inches: USD$10.00/package
Customs Fees
Packages identified by Customs as being for personal use and valued over USD$100.00 (C.I.F.) may incur Customs Duty charges.
Please note: It is the responsibility of the importer to stay informed about the latest Customs Regulations, including policies, procedures, import rules, and any duties or taxes that may apply when bringing packages into Jamaica.

Package delivery is available for J$500—please select this option on our shipping platform. Special conditions apply.
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery to Eco System (where we have a cluster of customers in the same vicinity). Please check this list to see if you qualify for free delivery.
